Photography event, Ghent

Great news for all photographers. Adobe launched their new Lightroom: Lightroom 4. Obviously we're going to talk about it. We will have a speaker to demonstrate what's new, and why it's even better.

Strobist and beyond by Jürgen Doom,freelance photographer who loves "report flashes". He calls it "travelling light". You can take this literally: with only one backback filled with material he's able to: creates a three point lightning system for portait photography; light an industrial hall; create a high and low key image; and without sweating he adds a rising sun to architectural pictures.

Ignace Maenhaut of Studio Claerhout is a fond Bridge user. There are not to many of them, and most people frown when they hear about this. However, Ignace has developed his own alternative workflow using Adobe Bridge and Camera raw. He wil focus on time management in postproduction.

We'll host this session in a new (for us) venue in Ghent: Communication Loft. Doors open 18h30 and we'll start with the first session a bit after 19h. After the sessions there is time for some networking with drinks.
